ABOUT

I write content that reflects how things actually feel

Not just what something is meant to say, but how it's experienced, by the person reading it, using it, or deciding whether to trust it.

That might be a product, a service, a place, or a brand. The focus is always the same: clarity, honesty, and how people really make decisions.

My background is in occupational therapy.

That means I've spent years understanding how people think, adapt, and function in real environments, not in theory, but in practice.

What people say they'll do, what they actually do, and what gets in the way.

That perspective carries into everything I write.

I don't approach content as something to fill space or chase attention.

I look at:

  • what someone needs to understand
  • what they're unsure about
  • what will help them decide

And build from there.

The work is structured, but it doesn't feel mechanical.

It's written to be read easily, understood quickly, and trusted without effort.

This site is a collection of that approach in practice.

Real examples, real observations, and writing that's grounded in how things actually work.
